Smart Interiors has won some good reputations in the building materials supplying area, in the aspects of quality, pricing and service during the last 15 fifteen years. We only supply high and strong quality materials for all our products and we are confident that all our products can be used for many years if the customers install in accordance with the factories’ installation instructions.

Smart Interiors warranty provides products repairs and the products replacements if caused by our appointed contractors or caused by our defective materials.

Smart Interiors does not responsible for the toughened glass spontaneous breakage and not liable for the damage or injuries from the glass spontaneous breakage.

The following situations are excluded from our warranty:

**Improper use, care and cleaning

** Not accordance with the product instruction of installation

**Due to improper Installation cause damage

** Toughened Glass Spontaneous breakage

** Damage because of the accident

** Products exposed to adverse environmental conditions

-Ceramic Basin Top: 2-Year Warranty

-Polymarble Basin Top: 3-Year Warranty

-Vanity Cabinet: 1-Year Warranty

-Chrome finishes only: 2-Year Warranty

-Cartridges: 2-Year Warranty

  1. Slider

-Shower Head: 2-Year Warranty

-Slider Hose: 1-Year Warranty

-Cistern and Pans: 7-Year Warranty

-Flush and Valves: 1-Year Warranty

-Toilet Seat Cover: 2-Year Warranty

Terms and Conditions

*Smart Interiors warranty covers to repairs or replace the products which are defective through faulty workmanship or materials.

*The periods of warranty commences from the purchasing date. For the replacement products, the warranty period only for the original purchasing date

*Smart Interiors only responsible for the original purchaser, we are not warranty for any products transference

*The client has to check the appearance of product before to do the installation. The claims of the product appearance must be made before the product has been installed.

Refund Policy

* Please keep your receipt, it provids proof of purchase for warranty purpose

*We will meet our obligations under the Customer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy if the goods are faulty within the warranty period (the above options can be the reference), but in addition to your statutory rights.

*We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note on your products within 7 days from date of purchase provided you have your receipt and the product is returned in original condition and has not been installed.

*We do not provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
